Research & Discovery

This stage focuses on understanding the market, the user, and the opportunity. Through Brand Discovery, Brand Analysis, and Competitor Analysis.

We uncover insights about the brand’s current position, audience perceptions, and category dynamics to identify what's working, what's missing, and where your brand can own space.

Strategic Blueprint

This stage defines the brand strategy. We begin by setting brand goals and analysing the target audience to identify clear opportunities.

From there, we define the mission, vision, purpose, and core values that shape belief and direction for the brand.

This stage marks the start of visual exploration. Through Moodboards and Creative Directions, we translate strategy into look and feel.

We explore Logo, Typography, Colour, Texture, and Pattern inspirations to build the visual language, while early concepts and Packaging Idea Boards set the tone for how the brand captures attention and emotion.

Visual Identity Design

At this stage, we develop multiple brand directions based on the defined archetype, create the Logo System, establish Typography & Colour Palette, together forming the visual identity.

These elements extend into Brand Applications ensuring a cohesive and enduring identity system that works across all touchpoints.

Packaging Design

It starts with defining the visual hierarchy and structural framework for the packaging, supported by shelf impact assessment to ensure clarity and standout appeal.

We then develop the Master Packaging Design, setting the framework for all variants and sizes, followed by Material Guidance, Prototyping, Print Tests, and Production Ready Artwork  refining every detail to create packaging that looks exceptional and performs perfectly on shelf.

Guidelines, Assets & Partnership

This stage ensures the brand is ready to launch, scale, and stay consistent. We create comprehensive Brand Guidelines outlining how every element should look, feel, and function.

A complete Assets Package with logos, fonts, icons, etc, along with Collaterals like labels, POS materials, and social templates to keep execution cohesive.

Finally, through our Ongoing Creative Partnership Plan, we help maintain and evolve the brand as it grows ensuring quality and consistency over time.
